TCC aims to provide sustained positive benefits to the communities with which it works while maintaining safe and profitable operations. Through  the ‘Adjacency Principle’ TCC is committed to preferential distribution of socio-economic opportunities to the surrounding communities including maximum employment opportunities for locals, maximizing local labor utilization through skill development and generating commercial opportunities for the sustainable development of the local economy.
